What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — name, work email, company, and message contents when you contact us, download a resource, or subscribe to our newsletter. We do not buy, sell, or trade contact lists.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the resource you requested, and — only if you subscribed — send the monthly briefing. Every email includes one-click unsubscribe.
Client data
Data we access during engagements is governed by the engagement agreement, not this policy. It is never used to train models for other clients and never leaves the agreed processing boundary.
